Whether you choose to send one or two slices, our robust packaging protects your soft and delicious cake slices in the post.
Within the card, each cake slice is individually sealed in cellophane, to maintain it’s scrumptiousness in the post.
Orders placed by 2pm will be posted out by 1st Class Royal Mail that day with an estimated delivery of the following day.
Alternatively, pre-order for a future special occasion. In which case we recommend planning delivery for the day before.
We use Royal Mail’s standard 1st Class postage for quick, efficient delivery across the UK. They aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, including Saturdays, although this is not a guaranteed service.
Once you have placed your order we will email you with a confirmation of your purchase and delivery details.
If you have any queries, or need to make any changes to your order, please get in contact.
Once the Cake Card slices leave the bakery, they love to be eaten inside 5 days. All Cake Card slices are wrapped and shipped so that they arrive light, soft and ready to eat. The Cake Card will fit through the letter box like a normal small parcel.
If the Cake Card doesn’t fit through a particular letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card so that re-delivery can be arranged.
If the recipient doesn’t receive their cake card on or before the date requested please give it another day, if still no card we will resend or refund.
If you have any feedback, please do get in touch with us.
